Pricing, without the hidden catches
Clear website pricing. No mystery invoices.
Choose the package that fits your business, then either pay the website setup cost upfront or spread it over 24 months. Every package includes hosting, security and ongoing technical support. More complex features are discussed and priced before any work begins.
Get a website quotePay upfront
Pay the setup cost, then continue with the monthly hosting and support plan. There's no long-term agreement attached to the website build.
Spread the cost
Avoid a large setup payment by spreading the website build over 24 months. The total cost is shown clearly on every package.
Pay the setup invoice, then remain covered by the monthly hosting, security and support plan. Once the build invoice has been paid in full, the website belongs to your business, you can request a complete copy of the website files at any time.
No large setup payment. The website build, hosting, security and support are included within one monthly payment for 24 months. After the 24 payments have been completed, the website belongs to your business, continue hosting it with Sites Made Local, move it elsewhere, or request a copy of the files.

Your domain stays yours
We build websites. We do not hold them hostage.
Your domain is an important business asset. It should be registered in your name and remain under your control.
Already own your domain?
We'll connect it to the new website without taking ownership away from you.
Need a new domain?
We can purchase and configure it on your behalf, but it will be registered using your business details wherever the registrar allows. You'll be given access to the account and renewal information.
We will never deliberately keep your domain, email account or business profile from you to make leaving difficult.
You own the website you paid for
The handover can include
- Website source files
- Website copy created for the project
- Images and assets supplied by your business
- Exportable website data
- Available configuration information
- Reasonable assistance moving to another provider
Some third-party services, licensed software, stock imagery, fonts, integrations or subscription products may have their own licensing and transfer rules. These will be explained rather than quietly removed during a handover.
The aim is simple: you should stay because the service is useful, not because your website has been locked away.

Questions, answered honestly
Frequently asked questions
Who owns my domain?
You do. Where possible, the domain will be registered directly in your name or business name. When Sites Made Local purchases and configures it for you, you'll still be given access and control.
Who owns the website?
With an upfront package, the website becomes yours once the build invoice has been paid in full. With a spread-cost package, ownership transfers once all 24 agreed payments have been completed.
Can I have a copy of my website?
Yes. Once the relevant build cost has been paid in full, you can request a copy of the website files. Sites Made Local isn't designed around hiding files or making it unnecessarily difficult to leave.
What happens when I stop paying the monthly hosting fee?
The Sites Made Local hosting, technical maintenance and support will stop. Your domain remains yours. Provided the website build has been paid in full, you can request the website files and move them to another suitable hosting provider. The website will need working hosting somewhere to remain online.
Why is spreading the cost more expensive?
The spread-cost option avoids a large initial setup payment and divides the website build and service across 24 monthly payments. The complete amount payable is shown clearly with each package so you can compare it against paying upfront.
Can I leave during the 24-month agreement?
The spread-cost option is a 24-month commitment, not a rolling monthly plan. If you cancel before the 24 payments are complete, the remaining balance for the rest of the term becomes due. This is explained clearly before you sign anything, never introduced after the fact. If you'd rather avoid a fixed term altogether, paying upfront has no ongoing commitment beyond the standard hosting and support plan.
Can you buy the domain for me?
Yes. Sites Made Local can search for, purchase and configure a suitable domain. It will be registered using your details wherever possible, and you'll receive the account information.
Is domain renewal included?
Domain registration and renewal are charged separately at the agreed cost unless specifically included in your quotation.
Can you move my existing website?
Usually, yes. The cost depends on the platform, current hosting, access available and condition of the website. Sites Made Local will inspect it before recommending a migration or rebuild.
Can you set up my business email?
Yes. Microsoft 365, professional business email and wider IT support are provided separately through Curly IT, Rob's IT support business.
Ready to get started?
Choose a package, or tell me what you're trying to build.
Not every business fits neatly into three boxes. Tell me what your business does, what you currently have and what you need the website to achieve. I'll recommend the most suitable option, without trying to push you into the largest package.
